So I saw Spamalot yesterday.  And loved it.  Naturally, of course.
Seriously funny.  Turns out Lady of the Lake was a real lady, Lancelot bats for the other team (so to speak).  I think the 98% of the audience who had actually seen Monty Python previously laughed for most of the play.  I know I did.
